I started blogging around 2010. Ever since then, it was my dream to write a post on RCB's victory in IPL. I had been waiting for 15 years for this day to express my thoughts towards my team RCB. Royal Challengers Bengaluru, the RCB team has lifted the IPL trophy for the first time in 2025 ever since IPL commenced in 2008. I am not a native of Tamil Nadu or Karnataka to become an ardent fan of the respective state team. I am not a fan of any player in the Indian Cricket Team. I don't watch cricket matches as my peers did, in schools and colleges. The RCB team was founded by the company, in which my father was an employee. Initially, with a sense of gratitude towards the management, I started watching IPL matches just for RCB.  In 2008, RCB was the penultimate team from the bottom of the table.  In 2009, they stood Top 3 in the table, and they were the Runners in the season after competing with their opponent Deccan Chargers in the finals.  These incidents happened a few months ago. Incident-1: It was a invitation to a puberty ceremony. The host and invited guest know each ther for 10 years and it is just a formal contact. One of the guest women reached the stage to greet the girl. She was abruptly stopped by the host woman, calling another couple to the stage to greet her girl. This woman cannot understand anything. After 2-3 women greeted, this woman was allowed to greet the girl. This woman has her family. But why was she denied the right to perform rituals first? It's because her daughter is not married still. The couple whom the host invited first, hadn't seen even their own grandchildren for years. Will their blessings not affect the host's girl? Earlier restrictions were done to widows,  then it passed on to divorcees,  then to single mother,  then to single woman after marriage,  then to single woman whose marriage is delayed.  Now, it is passed on to the mother of the single woman. This emotional roller coaster was released more than a month ago! This is the first movie I really felt bad to have missed the theatrical experience. What is so special in this movie? It is the way Humans live their life. Initally, we are shown Arul, an adolescent fellow lying down in a temple. We get to know he has looked after the temple's elephant since its arrival. He is bidding goodbye to people, stating he has to leave that place since they have lost their house after partition issues.  A song in the background accompanies his cycle ride from temple to home. Almost, all eyes are wet by then. Arul reaches home, his father, Arivudai Nambi, awaits his arrival to pack off. People standing with his father ask him to take care of Arul as Arul would be missing the house badly than anyone else. In the olden days, we had something called "ammi" (ancestor of mixie). Some people were digging it since it would be attached to the land. Arul gives a hand in lifting the ammi. What...

I was standing in my kitchen, with a 15+ girl on my left side and a 50+ woman on my right side. The girl asked me, "akka, what is the use of computer science degrees hereafter?" I looked into her eyes, "why such a question?" "I thought I can pursue CS in my higher secondary. But everyone uses technology today. I don't think CS people will have any special quality", said the girl. "Special quality in the sense?", I asked her, though I understood her question. "Today everyone knows everything in computer science. We play in and out with all gadgets, in fact, a comman man knows more than a techie in using technology. Technology is becoming a part of life. Take me for example - I too know what is cloud computing, Artificial intelligence. I can anytime learn concepts and develop things. I have been writing something since 2014. Something more than a short story and very less than a novel. I came across the word - Novelette. It stands approximately between 10k and 15k words. Though the draft versions were ready by 2015, it took almost 7 years to publish it. 😇 I have so far published 2 novelettes! I know this must be a very late review on the remake movie - Veetla Visesham. Post the movie release, I came across the plot of the movie! 2 questions were running in my mind! 1. Why did RJ Balaji go for a remake? 2. Why did he choose this plot for a remake? When I enquired few people who watched the movie, they gave me different responses, let me list a few! "This movie says how attached a family must be" "We don't need more money to be happy as a family" "Child planning is very important in life. We should be financially ready to face things" But in one or two interviews of RJ Balaji before the release of the movie, he more or less mentioned, this movie has changed his perspective towards women, especially the mothers. But none of these responses above reflected this thought. I was initially reluctant to watch this movie because of the plot. பொதுவாக பணம் தேவைக்கு தான் லோன் எடுப்பார்கள், ஆனால் இந்த பதிவில் லோன் கணக்கு ஒருவர் செய்யும் தப்புக்காக திறக்கப்படும் என்று கற்பனை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது  சரி, இந்த லோன் கணக்கில் என்னெல்லாம் நடக்கும் ன்னு பார்க்கலாம்: எப்பொழுதெல்லாம் நாம் ஒரு தப்பு / பாவம் செய்கிறோமோ அப்பொழுதெல்லாம் ஒரு லோன் அக்கௌன்ட் திறக்கப்படும் என்று வைத்துக்கொள்வோம். 1. லோன் என்றாலே அசல் மற்றும் வட்டி என்று இரண்டு விஷயங்கள் உள்ளன. அசல் என்பது நாம் செய்த செயல் - அது தப்பாக இருந்தால் சிறிய தொகை, அது பாவமாக இருந்தால் பெரிய தொகை  2. நாம் செய்த செயலுக்கு அப்பப்போ வட்டி கட்டியாகனும். அது தான் நமக்கு நேரிடும் சிறு சிறு துன்பங்கள்.  3. நாம் செய்யும் நல்ல விஷயங்கள் அசலை குறைத்துக்கொண்டு வரும். அசல் குறைய குறைய வட்டியும் குறைய வாய்ப்பு இருக்கு. 4. சில பேர், அசல் தொகையை மறந்து வெறும் வட்டி மட்டுமே கட்டிக்கொண்டிருப்பார்கள். அவர்களின் அசல் அப்படியே தான் இருக்கும். இதெல்லாம் லோன் பிளானை பொறுத்து இருக்கு.
